Bowler of the Year Congratulations "Z" 

Mini Match Games each year gives the bowler with the most points earned the title of Bowler of the Year for 2011 –12 season it is Rick Zohott.

Here’s how Rick made it happen!

• Mini #1 at City Limits/Mason Rick qualified 9th and lost to Pat Landry in the first round of finals.
• Mini #2 at CharLanes, Rick qualified in 4th then never let off the strikes to win in Charlotte over Tim Huizinga 289.
• Mini #3 at Owosso’s’ Capitol Bowl “Z” qualified in 8th and made it to second round and lost to Craig Nidiffer, finishing in 6^th place.
• Next stop the Capital City Match Game for two days of great scores. Rick Qualified 10^th – the last spot for a finals run. With 10 head-to-head games on day 2. Rick made a big jump to 4th and a stepladder spot. In match one, Rick lost to eventual tournament winner, Jason Rasinske 224 to 255 to stay in fourth
• Mini #4 at Marvelanes Rick didn’t make the cut.
• Mini #5 at Spare Time (Holiday Lanes) Z had only a 6 point lead over Jason Rasinske so the title decision was down to the this tourney. Both bowlers qualified with Jason finishing 6^th and Zohott in 4^th to keep the distance and win by 9 points.
